How the Booking Process Works
First contact by email or phone
During our first communication by email or phone, you will receive personal advice about your holiday in the Alps. We take the time to understand what type of accommodation you are looking for and then request a suitable and attractive offer from our partner hotels. We do not sell pre-packaged holidays. Instead, we help you select and book a hotel room based on your personal wishes.
Detailed booking information
During the booking process, you will receive all the important information about the location of the suggested hotel and its services. Even before your arrival, you can ask us any questions and receive personal recommendations. These may include:
✔ What is the best route to your hotel?
✔ How far is the hotel from the ski lift?
✔ Where can you conveniently store your ski equipment – at the hotel or near the lift?
✔ Is the ski school meeting point within walking distance?
✔ Which slopes are nearby?
✔ What can you do in the evening?
Support during your stay
Our work does not end after your hotel has been booked. We remain available after your arrival, are happy to answer your questions and can assist with communication with the hotel staff when necessary. After booking your accommodation, we can also assist you, upon request, with booking additional services provided by our partners, such as ski lessons, airport transfers and ski equipment rental.
